Role Purpose: To manage Corporate and Flight Operations Library and Flight Operations Training schedule and records.
Ensure company and flight operations documents are properly stored, referenced, revised, reviewed, updated, maintained and
Providing aircraft operations technical support to company fleet, flight crew and other airlines department In compliance with
Plan the flight operations training and ensure the training is conducted as per the outlined annual schedule (Ground training,
Simulator Training and competency Checks)
Manage the flight operations training records (Cabin and cockpit Training Records).
Manage contents of airlines Flight Operations Manuals
Procure, replenish and identify commonly used documents at OCC/AIRCRAFT to ensure timely, availability when missing or
worn out. This shall be accomplished with support from Manager OCC
Record and archive navigation envelops contents as per records retention schedule.
Manage the disposal of aircrafts documents, flight operations, and corporate documents and records, as per company disposal
Support organization on matters pertaining to regulatory documentation and compliance.
Ensure adherence to safety, security and emergency standards at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
1st Degree from recognized University
Knowledge and experience in airline documentation.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Flight Operations duties including Flight Operations Library
Knowledge in Aircraft Performance
Knowledge and understanding in Navigation, Operational Manual, Risk Assessment, Aeronautical Information Publications and
computerized flight planning systems.
Good understanding of aviation regulations -local and international.
Ability to develop technical and general/company manuals.
Flight Dispatch License / Certificate or ATC License will be an added advantage
Training in IT /HR Related discipline will also be an added advantage
Team player, able to work both independently and with people at various levels and from diverse backgrounds
Unquestionable integrity, confidentiality, and respect
Positive, energetic self-starter with a high level of personal drive and resilience
Strong Customer focus
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Have a sense of urgency and attention to detail
